The world is exapanding

This is my second attempt at automatic drawing/ doodling mixed in with some intentional drawing.  Also mixed in there is paying attention to when I am rushing to finish.  After  a while, I became more interested in the process, allowing for disappointment about a shape or color choice etc. and at the same time encouraging myself to try a  color mix or shape even when it didn't seem right. It's just a drawing, but it felt so risky somehow.  In the end, it was a good process and I was pleasantly surprised by some unexpected juxtapositions of color.

It surprises me to see the things I draw sometimes.  I realize that I am not controlling things as much as I think I am.  It all feels automatic...meditative...unconscious somehow.
