I must admit that I am not sure what this drawing is about, but I do appreciate Andrea's idea that they are 'fraternal twin engineers, sharing the same vision for a budding metropolis to spring up from their little village". That works for me..... Thank you for the interesting prompt this week.
I like Andrea's idea as well. I also see it, perhaps more conventionally, as two people building a bridge between each other - the bridge here is literal but could also be metaphorical. I love the way that building steps became building bridges. But who is walking on the bridge, I wonder?
